India: The Cookbook Pushpesh Pant

I had forgotten the name of many dishes, but the pictures reminded me of what they were. I'm a big fan of the Mahadevan's work. But my repertoire has been greatly expanded by a cookbook I picked up last year, Madhur Jaffrey Indian Cooking. My all time favorite is Chicken Tikka, but EVERYTHING Indian is fantastic! I don't usually use or buy cookbooks but I prefer following cooking blogs. Jan 20, 2010 - I really appreciate the pictures (which many cookbooks do not have). May 14, 2013 - I've always liked cooking but in the last year or so I've really been bitten by the bug. For now, we can leave out India: Although a number have reviewed it less than positively, it aims to be comprehensive : Pushpesh Pant "India The Cookbook".
